Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. is seeking an established medical sales professional to cover the East Midlands, focusing on formulary-driven sales of skin care consumables. You will engage with district nurses, TVNs, pharmacists and procurement to expand turnover and secure further NHS frameworks.

Full product training is provided. The role operates from an East Midlands base with a strong growth trajectory and a requirement for a full driving license.

Qualifications

• Medical sales experience with NHS exposure.
• Formulary knowledge related to procurement processes.
• Full driving license with clean record (max 6 points).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage formulary-based sales across East Midlands.
• Engage with TVNs, district nurses, community nursing specialists, and pharmacists.
• Drive product adoption of skin care consumables, dressings and barriers within NHS frameworks.

THE ROLE:

This field-based sales role is covering the East Midlands. Typical decision makers you’ll be engaging with are TVNs, district nurses, community nursing specialists, procurement and pharmacists. You’ll be selling a range of medical skin care consumables and the portfolio includes barrier creams and dressings to support wound healing, protect injured skin and prevent infection. Full product training will be provided.

They are looking for an established medical sales professional to manage and further develop their business, having already secured formularies across the territory across different product ranges. Driving compliance & pulling the business through will be key to your success, managing and growing turnover of patch.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Medical sales experience, selling to the NHS
• Pharmaceutical sales, with formulary experience
• Full driving licence with no more than 6 points

PACKAGE:

• Basic Salary up to £45,000 DoE
• £6,000 car allowance
