Job summary

Huws Gray Limited is seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to grow our presence in Flint & Ellesmere Port. You will identify opportunities, build a strong pipeline and convert prospects into profitable customers, while developing strategic territory plans.

You'll work with branch teams and supplier partners to deliver outstanding service, hit sales and margin targets, and foster long-term relationships with business owners and buyers across the region.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in field-based sales.
• Experience building and managing sales pipelines.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and customer data management.
• Excellent communication with business owners and buyers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure profitable new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, site visits and lead generation activities.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, converting opportunities into long-term trading relationships.
• Develop and execute effective territory plans to maximise customer engagement and account acquisition.
• Build trusted relationships with business owners, buyers and key decision-makers.
• Work closely with branch teams to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience.
• Deliver against sales and margin targets while contributing to the overall success of the business.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and local opportunities to support growth.
• Maintain accurate customer and pipeline information through company systems.
• Collaborate with internal colleagues and supplier partners to maximise opportunities and deliver outstanding customer service.
