Straumann Group is seeking a Sales Representative / Territory Manager to own and grow a dental field territory in the UK. You will partner with ambitious customers to rethink growth and outcomes, using a blend of commercial insight, digital tools, and smart solutions.

You’ll hunt for new business, deliver value-driven solutions, and transform accounts into long-term partnerships, leveraging cross-sell opportunities and data-driven strategies to outperform the market.

• Aptitude for selling and growing a business.
• Commercially sharp—sell outcomes, not just products.

Responsibilities

• Hunt relentlessly to build a high-quality pipeline and close.
• Sell with insight, diagnosing business and clinical issues in healthcare and dental environments.
• Grow new accounts into high-value, long-term partnerships and uncover cross-sell opportunities.
• Lead from the front with impactful demos, conversations, and events.
• Use CRM and data to track, measure, and optimise territory performance.
