Job summary

Institut Straumann AG seeks a Territory Manager for Orthodontics covering Central London and Oxfordshire. This field-based role requires travel to develop new and existing orthodontic providers, drive case submissions for ClearCorrect, and build strong relationships with clinics and providers across Western Europe.

You will work with internal teams to deliver compelling proposals and support patient growth initiatives while meeting sales targets and expanding market share in orthodontics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales or account management experience.
• Dental/medical background is a plus.
• Strong presentation and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales for ClearCorrect innerhalb designated territory and expand customer base.
• Generate new cases and revenue through proactive calls, meetings, and visits.
• Develop proposals and quotations for customers and providers.
• Coordinate with Inside Sales, Provider Service, Clinical Advisor and marketing to deliver best-in-class service.
• Plan growth strategies and manage accounts to maximize patient growth and loyalty.
