Job summary

The Straumann Group seeks a Territory Manager – Orthodontics to develop ClearCorrect business across South & Southeast UK (BH, GY, JE, SO, PO, GU, RH, BN, TN, CT). This fixed-term, field-based role requires travel and a self-starter with a hunter mindset.

You will build relationships with providers, generate new cases, deliver presentations, train clinic staff and collaborate with sales, service and marketing to drive growth and patient engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales/account management experience required.
• Dental/medical background is a plus.
• Strong track record in sales/account management.
• Solid presentation skills and language proficiency required for the assigned territory; basic English language skills required.
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports on metrics defined by management.
• Ability to prioritize customer needs and guide them to the correct product or service.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales results for ClearCorrect.
• Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships to generate new cases and sales revenue.
• Make phone calls, virtual meetings and in-person visits to customers.
• Deliver sales presentations highlighting product benefits, value proposition and competitive edge.
• Develop and communicate clear proposals/quotations to customers.
• Work as part of a team to acquire new customers and grow accounts.
• Train clinic staff to promote ClearCorrect to patients.
• Coordinate with Inside Sales, Provider Service, Clinical Advisor and marketing to provide best-in-class service.
• Support patient growth activities and study clubs; participate in T&E activities.
• Analyze territory potential, identify opportunities and craft a growth strategy.
• Report account activities through CRM (IANOS) and use dashboards for visibility.
