Job summary

CPM UK is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to represent Diageo’s premium brands in the Scottish off-trade sector. You will manage a large territory, visiting grocery multiples and driving promotions to maximise brand visibility and sales.

You will build lasting relationships with store managers and key stakeholders, using data to optimise in-store opportunities. The role offers field-based work with a company car, bonus potential, and comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and relationship-building skills.
• Able to analyse in-store data to drive promotions and sales.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Make face-to-face visits to off-trade retailers on your territory.
• Advise on promotions and grow awareness of the Diageo brand range.
• Check stock levels and resolve potential issues using provided data.
• Ensure shelf space and displays maximize sales.
• Draw up bespoke business plans using local market knowledge.
• Report progress and insights after each call.
