Job summary

CPM United Kingdom Limited is recruiting a Business Development Executive to represent Diageo brands in the off-trade retail sector around Newport. You will drive face-to-face visits, promote promotions, and maximise in-store opportunities to achieve targets.

You will need a full UK driving licence, retail experience, and strong relationship-building skills to influence store managers across multiple retailers. Training and company vehicle are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales within drinks or FMCG.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel across the territory.

Responsibilities

• Visit off-trade retailers to promote Diageo brands.
• Advise on promotions and increase awareness of the product range.
• Maintain in-store displays and ensure shelf space is optimal.
• Report on calls and stock levels, sharing insights with the team.
