CPM is recruiting a Business Development Executive in the Newport area to drive Diageo brands in a defined territory. You will visit off-trade retailers, promote the full product range, and optimise in-store visibility to boost sales and market share.

You will build strong relationships with store managers, act on opportunities, and deliver against targets, supported by training and a company vehicle where applicable.

Formación

• Experience in consumer goods and field sales preferred.
• Ability to analyse in-store data and recommend actions.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Carrying out face-to-face visits into off-trade retailers on your territory.
• Advising key stakeholders on promotions and increasing awareness of product range.
• Using data to check stock levels and resolve potential problems.
• Ensuring shelf space and displays are in place to maximise sales.
• Drawing up bespoke business plans and making recommendations to store managers.
• Reporting after each call on the tablet provided and sharing competitor insights.
