Job summary

CPM is seeking a Business Development Executive to represent Diageo’s premium brands in off-trade retailers across a defined UK territory. You will travel to stores, promote products, and build relationships with store managers to maximise sales.

You will use in-store data to inform promotions, secure shelf space, and report outcomes via a tablet. A full UK driving licence is essential, with full training provided. A company car is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales within the drinks or FMCG sector preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and influence skills.
• Ability to analyse in-store data and drive promotions.

Responsibilities

• Visit off-trade retailers to drive brand promotions across your territory.
• Advise on promotions and increase awareness of the product range to grow sales.
• Check stock levels, resolve issues, and ensure shelf space and displays are in place.
• Draw up bespoke business plans and make recommendations to store managers.
• Report outcomes and insights via the provided tablet.
