Job summary

Newcross Healthcare Solutions Limited (1) is seeking a Territory Manager / Branch Manager in Portsmouth to lead client relationships and drive growth in the South Central region. Hybrid work with occasional travel to our London office, core hours 9:00am–5:30pm, salary up to £50,000 plus bonus and a £6k car allowance.

Reporting to the Regional Director, you will identify opportunities, expand the client base, and ensure service excellence while supporting and engaging our workforce to deliver

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development, territory management, account management, or healthcare staffing.
• Strong commercial awareness and relationship management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Confident using CRM systems and performance dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strong client relationships across your territory.
• Identify growth opportunities, win new business, and bring lapsed clients back on board.
• Act as the senior point of contact for client escalations and service challenges.
• Support workforce engagement, utilization, and retention to maximise coverage.
• Monitor and drive performance against KPIs such as fill rates, client satisfaction, and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Be a Newcross Brand Ambassador, promoting excellence and continuous improvement.
