• Monitor and drive performance against KPIs such as fill rates, client satisfaction, and retention.

Working Pattern: Core working hours are 9:00am– 5:30pm

Newcross Healthcare is looking for a Territory Manager to lead and grow our presence in the South East, delivering exceptional service to clients while supporting andengaging our workforce.

As a Territory Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving territoryperformance and growth. You’ll build strong relationships with clients,generate new opportunities, and act as a trusted advisor to ensure ourworkforce delivers consistently high standards.
