Job Opportunity: Field Sales Representative at Rockstar Energy

Territory covers: Maidstone & Surrounding areas

Position: Full-time, Permanent

Salary & Benefits: Up to £27k + on-target earnings with an opportunity to earn up to 20% bonus (£5,400 per annum), plus additional benefits including regular incentives and tickets to exciting events.

About the Role

Join Rockstar Energy, a dynamic and rapidly growing brand in the UK soft drinks market, backed by Britvic. We are seeking energetic, fun, and entrepreneurial salespeople to expand our brand presence.

As a self-starter with resilience and a strong personality, you'll influence and increase the visibility of Rockstar in independent and symbol convenience retail outlets within your territory.

Building relationships comes naturally to you, and you'll confidently negotiate and sell to shop owners and managers to ensure Rockstar Energy is prominently displayed and available for sale. Previous direct sales experience is advantageous but not essential; we value positive attitudes and provide training to help you succeed.

Requirements

This role requires a valid driving license with no more than 6 points or previous bans. It involves regular travel, manual handling, and occasional overnight stays for conferences.
