Role Purpose:

The Clinical Territory Manager is a key member of the Paediatric Sales team, responsible for managing their own business within the territory, focusing on Allergy & faltering growth. This role supports customers in both Primary and Secondary care, building relationships and delivering clinical and commercial messaging to drive sales of our Paediatric portfolio. It aims to establish credibility and relevance of the paediatric Nutricia portfolio across the full health economy, including hospitals and community settings, driving both commercial opportunities and patient value.

Key Activities:
  • Develop and implement cross-functional account plans aligned with national strategic priorities.
  • Monitor performance against business plans and provide monthly reviews to the paed RBM.
  • Identify and profile Key Opinion Leaders and Influencers; devise action plans for their management with input from medical and marketing teams.
  • Meet commercial and activity targets as per account plans, SIS scheme, and KPIs.
  • Create customer investment plans (territory budget) and define ROI in collaboration with regional teams and RBM.
  • Work with the adult contract account manager to optimize paediatric portfolio usage across hospital settings, including formulary listings and discharge branding.
  • Achieve positive formulary and guideline product listings by influencing key HCP/NHS stakeholders, in conjunction with paed RBM/HDM.
  • Monitor and track guideline performance across the territory with support from Paediatric RBM/HDM.
  • Implement key opinion leader/influencer plans within ICS/PCN/HB and other NHS bodies through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Effectively manage and mobilize KOLs and commercial advocates.
  • Manage clinical stakeholder relationships to deliver superiority messages.
  • Support Nutricia enteral feeding contracts as needed.
  • Participate in customer symposiums and educational meetings aligned with account plans.

This is a field-based role; candidates should reside within Essex, Suffolk, or Norfolk.

This position is offered on a 14-month fixed-term contract basis.
