The Role of the Territory Manager:

• Selling a market-leading and innovative portfolio of surgical instruments.
• Targets include Cardiac Surgery (mainstay of existing business), Neuro Spine, and Vascular surgery.
• Building relationships with surgeons, growing existing accounts, and winning new ones.
• Presentations to clinicians and theatre managers.
• Educating customers on features, benefits, new technologies, and techniques in using the instruments.
• Covering London and M25 region.

The Ideal Person for the Territory Manager role:

• Strong sales history in Surgical Instruments, experienced in theatre settings and guiding surgeons with new technology.
• Familiar with working in a London territory.
• Professional skills: Sales, Territory Analysis, Budget Management, Presentation skills.
• Highly developed interpersonal, networking, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work effectively with others.
• Proven experience managing pressure, deadlines, and setbacks.
• Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong personal drive.
• Full clean Driver's license.
