Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. is seeking an Account Manager to grow sales across an NHS territory, promoting a premium range of surgical devices and imaging equipment. You will develop existing accounts while identifying new opportunities, collaborating with surgeons, theatre staff, ODPs, theatre managers and procurement teams.

In East & West Midlands, a full driving licence is essential. The role offers a base of £45,000–£55,000 with £20,000 OTE, a premium electric company car, laptop and mobile, and 25

Qualifications

• Experience in hospital medical device sales.
• Clinical or technical sales experience is preferred.
• Or a clinician with theatre experience (ODP, Nurse, Physician Associate) seeking a new challenge in surgical sales.
• Commercially driven with strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Full driving licence with no more than 6 points.
