Job summary

George Browns Ltd, the UK’s leading Kubota Agriculture & Groundcare dealer, invites an Area Sales Manager to join the Groundcare Sales Team from the Daventry branch. You’ll cover a high-potential territory, building lasting customer relationships and promoting top brands.

You’ll drive the full sales cycle from initial enquiry to delivery, offering consultative advice and showcasing new and used machinery. A UK driving licence is essential for this field-based role.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the groundcare and turf machinery sector.
• Full UK driving licence mandatory.
• Proven track record in managing the full sales cycle from lead to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with groundcare, domestic and commercial customers.
• Promote market-leading brands with on-site visits, calls and regular customer engagement.
• Manage the full sales process – enquiry, demonstrations, quoting, negotiation, sale and delivery.
• Offer consultative advice based on customer needs and objectives.
• Demonstrate new and used machinery and explain value and suitability.
• Keep accurate customer records in the CRM and coordinate with sales, parts and service teams.
