Job summary

Bandbmachinery is seeking a proactive Groundcare Sales Executive to promote premium equipment from Husqvarna, Hayter and Toro across Lincolnshire, Peterborough and nearby areas. You will generate new business, manage relationships and oversee the full sales cycle from enquiry to delivery.

With the growing share of robotic mowing tech, you’ll install and hand over robotic products and work with Parts and Service to ensure top‑level customer support. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Groundcare, agricultural or construction equipment sales experience.
• Proven ability to build relationships and generate new business.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, able to work independently.
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude.
• Good IT skills and ability to manage customer information.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience with robotic mowing equipment.
• Gardening or grounds maintenance experience.
• Experience demonstrating machinery to customers.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell groundcare product ranges.
• Develop new business and grow existing relationships.
• Manage complete sales process from enquiry to handover.
• Achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Represent B&B brand professionally in territory.
• Demonstrate products on-site and at customer premises.
• Carry out robotic mower installations and handovers.
• Collaborate with Parts and Service for customer support.
• Maintain accurate records and manage sales pipeline.
