Job summary

Teya is hiring a Field Sales Representative to cover Eastbourne and surrounding areas in a fully field-based role across the UK. You will own your territory, meet business owners face-to-face, and show how Teya’s financial platform helps their local businesses thrive.

You’ll work with an ambitious team, enjoy uncapped commission, a base salary and a generous car allowance, and grow your career through structured onboarding and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required.
• A Full UK driving licence and access to a car are essential.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Willingness to work fully in a field-based role, traveling regularly within your territory.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory: prospect and engage local businesses face-to-face to generate new business.
• Build meaningful relationships with business owners and understand their challenges.
• Win new Members with a consultative, value-led approach to demonstrate Teya's solutions.
• Deliver results by maintaining a healthy pipeline and meeting commercial targets.
• Oversee the member journey from first contact to onboarding, ensuring a smooth setup.
• Develop product knowledge and sales techniques through training and coaching.
• Represent Teya in your local community with genuine hospitality.
• Share field insights to help improve products and sales approach.
