Job summary

Teya in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Field Sales Representative to cover Eastbourne and surrounding areas in a fully field-based capacity. You will secure new Members, demonstrate how Teya’s payments and business tools support local businesses, and manage your own territory with support from a performance-focused team.

You’ll own the sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding, build strong relationships with business owners, and drive revenue while benefiting from a base salary plus

Qualifications

• Fluency in English required.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Willingness to work in a fully field-based role, travelling regularly.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory: Proactively identify and engage local businesses to generate new business.
• Build meaningful relationships with business owners and understand their challenges to tailor Teya’s solutions.
• Win new Members using a consultative, value-led approach to build trust and long-term relationships.
• Deliver results with a healthy pipeline and consistent progress toward commercial targets.
• See things through from initial conversation to onboarding to ensure successful setup for Members.
• Keep learning: develop knowledge of products, competitors and sales methodologies.
