Job summary

Teya, a growing European fintech, is hiring a Field Sales Representative to drive new business across Croydon and surrounding areas in the UK. You will own your territory, meet local business owners face-to-face, and demonstrate how Teya’s platform can help their businesses thrive.

You’ll manage a field-based territory with autonomy and the support of a collaborative team, while pursuing ambitious sales targets and career growth within Teya.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a car.
• The right to work in the UK.
• Willingness to work in a fully field-based role, travelling regularly throughout your territory.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory: Proactively identify and engage local businesses through face-to-face prospecting, networking and referrals to generate new business.
• Build meaningful relationships with business owners and understand their challenges to tailor Teya's solutions.
• Win new Members using a consultative, value-led approach to build trust and long-term relationships.
• Deliver results by maintaining a healthy pipeline and meeting commercial targets.
• See things through from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring customers are set up to use Teya.
