Job summary

Teya in Leicester is seeking a Field Sales Representative to cover local businesses across the UK in a fully field-based role. You’ll engage with business owners face-to-face, showing how Teya’s payments, business accounts and tools can help them thrive.

You’ll own your territory, build relationships and win new Members while driving results through an uncapped commission structure, plus an £800 monthly car allowance and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Willingness to work fully field-based and travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory: identify and engage local businesses face-to-face to generate new business.
• Build meaningful relationships: understand challenges and how Teya can help.
• Win new Members: use a consultative, value-led approach to convert conversations.
• Deliver results: maintain a healthy pipeline and hit commercial targets.
• See things through: manage onboarding and ensure customers are set up.
• Keep learning: develop product knowledge and sales skills through training.
• Represent Teya: act as the trusted local face of the company.
• Help us improve: share field insights to inform product and sales approaches.
