Teya is hiring a Field Sales Representative to join our UK Operations and help us bring our local business payments platform to cafés, shops and entrepreneurs across the country. This fully field-based role involves face-to-face outreach, relationship-building and closing new Members in your territory.

You’ll manage your own area, receive a competitive base salary, uncapped commission and a generous car allowance, with ongoing training and career development as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required.
• Must have a full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to work in a fully field-based role and travel regularly.
• Experience in field sales or payments/fintech is advantageous, not essential.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory by prospecting and meeting local businesses face-to-face.
• Build relationships with business owners to identify needs.
• Demonstrate Teya’s solutions to generate new Members.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and meet targets.
• Support onboarding and ensure customer satisfaction.
