Job summary

Teya is hiring a Field Sales Representative to cover Stoke-on-Trent and surrounding areas. You’ll own your territory, meet business owners face-to-face and show how Teya’s payments and business tools can help local businesses thrive.

This fully field-based role offers £50,000–£90,000 OTE (£30,000–£54,000 base) plus uncapped commission and a £800 monthly car allowance. You’ll join a growth-focused fintech that values practical hospitality and human support.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
• Willingness to work in a fully field-based role, travelling regularly throughout your territory.
• Experience in field sales is an advantage, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory: Proactively identify and engage local businesses through face-to-face prospecting, networking and referrals to generate new business.
• Build meaningful relationships: Get to know business owners, understand challenges and identify how Teya’s products and services can help.
• Win new Members: Use a consultative approach to demonstrate Teya’s solutions and convert conversations into long-term relationships.
• Deliver results: Maintain a healthy pipeline and work towards commercial targets.
• See things through: Ensure customers are onboarded successfully and set up to use Teya.
• Keep learning: Develop knowledge of products, competitors and sales methodology through training and coaching.
• Represent Teya: Be a trusted face of the company in your local community.
• Help us improve: Share field insights to help improve products and sales approaches.
