Job summary

OJ Digital is seeking an Area Sales Manager to cover Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, West London, Hampshire and the South Coast. You will develop new business, visit customers on site, and grow existing accounts across a well-established territory.

The role requires proven field sales experience in construction, the ability to work independently, build relationships with contractors and civil engineers, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Proven field sales experience within the construction sector.
• Experience selling to contractors, builders and civil infrastructure customers.
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable managing your own territory and working independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across your designated territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, civil engineering businesses and key construction customers.
• Visit customers on site to understand project requirements and identify new opportunities.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts whilst actively winning new business.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial proposals.
• Work closely with the internal technical team to deliver the right solution for each project.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM.
• Monitor market activity and competitor movements across your region.
• Represent the business professionally at customer meetings, site visits and industry events.
