Job summary

French Resources is seeking an Area Sales Manager to own a territory covering Oxford, Swindon, Reading, Sutton and Bromley. You will drive new business, build a strong distributor and installer network, and present our solutions to customers in housing sectors.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will manage a robust pipeline, conduct product demonstrations, and track projects with the Inside Sales team. A full UK driving licence and residence in the territory are required.

Qualifications

• Proven success in new business development.
• At least 2 years' experience in B2B field sales.
• Strong lead generation and appointment-setting experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• CRM proficiency and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Full UK driving licence and residence within territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
• Build a pipeline of distributors, installers, specifiers, projects and appointments.
• Deliver product demonstrations and presentations.
• Track projects and orders with Inside Sales.
• Maintain CRM records and manage your diary.
• Develop knowledge of products and customer base.
