CPM United Kingdom Limited is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to represent Diageo brands in the off-trade retail sector across an Essex-based territory including Chelmsford. You will visit grocery multiples like ASDA, Tesco, Sainsbury's and Morrisons to grow brand awareness and maximise promotional opportunities.

A full UK driving licence is essential, and you will be supported with training and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Experience in drinks/retail sales is advantageous, but full training provided.
• Excellent relationship-building skills to influence store managers.
• Commercially minded with ability to analyse in-store data.

Responsibilities

• Visit off-trade retailers on your territory delivering face-to-face support.
• Advise on promotions and increase awareness of the Diageo range.
• Check stock levels and resolve any issues.
• Ensure shelf space and displays are in place to maximise sales.
• Create bespoke business plans and present to store managers.
• Record outcomes and competitor information after each call.
