Based in Cambridgeshire, the company seeks an Area Sales Manager to grow and manage a customer base and identify new business opportunities across the territory.

The role focuses on agricultural equipment sales, requires building long-term customer relationships and delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• 23 years' experience in agricultural sales.
• Strong track record of sales success.
• Excellent customer relationship skills and a professional approach.
• Confidence with technology; Microsoft Office and CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of brands and secure new and repeat business.
• Act as a trusted advisor, matching products to customer needs.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to demonstrations, finance and after-sales follow-up.
• Represent Ben Burgess at customer events with first-class interactions.
• Collaborate with finance, marketing and depot managers to maximise opportunities.
