You will manage an existing customer base while identifying new business opportunities across your territory. What you'll be doing

• Managing a portfolio of brands and securing both new and repeat business
• Acting as a trusted advisor, matching products and services to customer needs
• Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation and demonstrations through to finance solutions and after-sales follow-up
• Representing Ben Burgess at customer-focused events and ensuring every interaction is first-class
• Working closely with finance, marketing and depot managers to maximise opportunities

What you'll bring

• 2 3 years' experience in agricultural sales, ideally in high-value equipment (£100k+ unit price)
• A strong track record of sales success
• Excellent customer relationship skills and a professional approach
• Confidence with technology experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus
• A full UK driving licence and flexibility to work extended hours when needed
• Weekend and harvest availability to meet seasonal customer demands
