Job summary

Ben Burgess is seeking an Area Sales Manager to focus on agricultural equipment sales across a regional territory. You will manage an existing customer base, identify new business opportunities, and deliver excellent field-based service.

We require 2–3 years' experience in agricultural sales, a track record of high-value equipment deals (£100k+), a full UK driving licence, and willingness to work extended hours including weekends during harvest. A company car and bonus scheme are on offer.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in agricultural sales.
• Experience with high-value equipment (£100k+ unit price).
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends during harvest.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of brands and secure new and repeat business.
• Act as trusted advisor to match products to customer needs.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to finance solutions and after-sales follow-up.
• Represent Ben Burgess at customer-focused events and maximise opportunities.
• Collaborate with finance, marketing and depot managers.
