Job summary

Ben Burgess is looking for an Area Sales Manager to drive agricultural equipment sales across Ellington and surrounding areas. You will manage an existing customer base and identify new opportunities, delivering first‑class service and building lasting relationships with farmers and contractors.

You will handle the full sales cycle from lead generation to demonstrations, finance solutions and after‑sales follow‑up, while collaborating with finance, marketing and depot teams to maximise

Qualifications

23 years' experience in agricultural sales.
Full UK driving licence held and valid.
Weekend and harvest availability to meet seasonal customer demands.

Responsibilities

Managing a portfolio of brands and securing both new and repeat business.
Acting as a trusted advisor, matching products and services to customer needs.
Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation and demonstrations through to finance solutions and after‑sales follow‑up.
Representing Ben Burgess at customer‑focused events and ensuring every interaction is first‑class.
