Job summary

Caterlink is seeking an Assistant Chef at The Milton Keynes Academy in Milton Keynes to ensure nutritionally balanced and tasty meals for students. You will assist with planning, preparing and cooking to the required standard while maintaining excellent customer service, food safety and presentation.

• Ability to assist with planning, preparing and cooking meals to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, preparing and cooking meals to the required standard.
• Brief kitchen teams on menus and service, ensuring food safety and H&S procedures.
• Carry out company bookwork and maintain service quality for students.
• Support site-based teams to deliver nutritionally balanced meals.
