Caterlink is seeking an Assistant Chef at St Augustine Academy in Maidstone to ensure nutritionally balanced and tasty meals for pupils and staff. You will be organised, hard-working and passionate about maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation and service.

The role offers term-time only employment (39 weeks per year), 30 hours per week, with a pay of up to £15 per hour. You will help with planning, cooking and kitchen duties, while upholding food safety and health and safety

Responsabilités

• Assist with planning, preparing and cooking of meals to the required standard.
• Brief kitchen teams on menus and service, ensuring food safety and health & safety procedures are applied.
• Carry out company bookwork as required.
