South Lanarkshire Council invites applications for a part-time Cleaning Operative based at Stonelaw High School, Rutherglen. 17.5 hours per week during term time, Monday to Friday 10:30am–2:00pm. Hourly rate £13.80.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning or facilities support preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning tasks on floors, furniture, fittings and sanitary areas.
• Report to the Cleaning Supervisor and follow schedules.
• Operate cleaning equipment (buffing machine) in line with the schedule.
• Ensure building security when required and handle waste disposal.
