Job summary

Aspens Services Ltd in Backwell near Bristol seeks a Chef to lead school dining with fresh ingredients and creative menus. You will manage a kitchen team, ensure high service standards and strict food safety across all activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a catering environment with fresh ingredients.
• Excellent knowledge of Health and Safety practices and Food Hygiene Level 2/3 certification.
• You are self-motivated with initiative and a passion for developing others.

Responsibilities

• Menu Excellence: expert preparation of menus using fresh ingredients.
• Team Leadership: supervise and motivate kitchen team for smooth service.
• Safety Champion: ensure compliance with Food Hygiene, Allergen, and Health & Safety regs.
