Job summary

Thomas Franks is recruiting a General Assistant for our Glastonbury site. This is a Full Time, Term Time contract (38 weeks) with a salary from £9,659 to £14,489.

You will join a busy catering team serving breakfast, lunch and supper to around 550 students and staff at a vibrant campus in Somerset. The role requires experience in fast-paced catering, a can-do attitude and the ability to work evenings or weekends for events.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced catering environments.
• Ability to work with a team and independently.
• Willingness to work evenings or weekends for events.
• Right to Work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Assist with serving customers and replenishing stocks.
• Prepare service areas for daily meal service.
• Serve, clear, and clean food and equipment for functions.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety practices.
• Restock and manage consumables during service.
