United Response is seeking a dedicated Job Coach to support learners on the Pathway to Employment/Supported Internship programme in Cornwall. The role will involve delivering 1:1 and small group sessions, primarily from Tolvaddon with travel to placements across Cornwall.

Applicants should have a full driving licence and a car, be a confident self-starter, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to help young people aged 16–24 on EHCPs achieve progression into work and learning.
