Qualifications
- Experience of CEIAG and delivering programmes
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience working with young people with SEN
- Ability to plan person-centred interventions
Responsibilities
- Engage with young people to motivate participation and meet project outcomes
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Support sustainable labour market integration for 16-24, including EHCP and complex needs
- Plan and deliver a person-centred accredited programme (travel training, CV, job search, interviews)
- Experience in educational settings with SEN and social/emotional needs
- Market individuals or services and have basic knowledge of social enterprises
