Job summary

United Response in Cornwall is seeking a proactive Job Coach to support learners on our Pathway to Employment/Supported Internship programme. The role is 22.5 hours per week (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday), term time only, based at Tolvaddon with a fixed-term contract to 31 July 2027.

You will deliver education and work-related activities 1:1 and in small groups across Cornwall, travel by car (mileage paid) and have a full driving licence with access to a car.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting young people in education or employability settings.
• Full driving licence, access to a car, and willingness to travel across Cornwall.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with individuals and groups.

Responsibilities
