United Response is seeking a dedicated Job Coach to support learners on the Pathway to Employment/Supported Internship in Cornwall. You will help16-24 year olds with EHCP develop work-related skills through 1:1 and small-group sessions, across Cornwall, base Tolvaddon and community placements.

We value self-starters with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, willingness to travel, and a full driving licence with access to a car.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence and access to own car.
• Willingness to travel across Cornwall.
• Experience supporting education or work-related activities is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Support learners in realising aspirations to participate in work-related activities.
• Facilitate progression into paid work through volunteering, education and training, work experience and other routes.
• Work 1:1 or in very small groups under supervision and with a bespoke timetable.
• Build positive relationships to promote interaction and constructive learning.
