Job summary

Stockton Riverside College is recruiting an ESOL lecturer to join the ESOL team. The role involves delivering engaging ESOL teaching across a range of programmes, with responsibilities for planning, delivering, assessing and providing feedback to support progression.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated, adaptable and detail-oriented, with experience delivering ESOL to 16-18 and 19+ and a commitment to continuous improvement within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering ESOL to 16-18 and 19+.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning across ESOL programmes.
• Plan and deliver effective lessons tailored to learner needs.
• Assess learners’ progress through examinations and continuous assessment.
• Provide constructive feedback to support achievement and progression.
• Contribute to curriculum development, team meetings and quality assurance activities.
