Cambridge Regional College is recruiting ESOL/EFL lecturers to join our International Department on a variable hours basis.

Roles include day and evening classes delivered face-to-face or online, using Microsoft Teams; CELTA or equivalent is required and ESOL teaching experience is expected. The successful candidate will support student development and employability skills, and contribute to CPD with the college.

Qualifications

• CELTA or equivalent qualification required.
• Experience teaching ESOL in a college context preferred.
• Experience delivering both face-to-face and online sessions advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Teach ESOL/EFL on day and evening courses on a variable hours basis.
• Develop courses for different student profiles aligned with the college strategy.
• Support students with personal development and employability skills.
