Qualifications

• Experience managing a catering location and supervising a team.
• Knowledge of health, safety and food safety standards.
• DBS check carried out for safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food to required standards.
• Ensure site meets Health & Safety, Food Safety and environmental laws.
• Enhance Caterlink’s food and service reputation with clients and customers.
• Manage day-to-day running of the location and supervise teams; inventories and budgets.
• Be main point of contact for the client in your school; drive improvements.
• Regularly communicate with line manager to monitor KPIs and financial targets.
• Support and train teams; lead from the front and ensure training completion.
