Qualifications

• Must have catering experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food to Caterlink and client standards.
• Ensure location meets Health & Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislation.
• Maintain Caterlink's reputation for excellent food and service with client and customers.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations, supervise teams, manage inventories, monitor budgets, and implement action plans.
• Be main client contact in school, regularly propose and implement improvements.
• Communicate with line manager to monitor KPIs and financial targets.
• Train and support teams, lead from the front to ensure training completion and performance management.
