Holroyd Howe is seeking a committed Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at Hymers College in Hull. You will support food preparation, maintain high standards, and play a key role in daily meals and special events.

Qualifications

• Ideally, you will have experience as a Chef de Partie within a contract catering environment.
• Experience in independent education or high-profile settings is preferred.
• Passionate about fresh, seasonal food with a focus on presentation.

Responsibilities

• Support the kitchen team in daily kitchen operations
• Motivate the team to deliver high standards of food and service
• Ensure food safety and allergen controls are consistently met
• Contribute to innovative menu planning
• Manage mise en place and ensure smooth, timely service
• Support events and functions alongside school life
• Champion allergen controls across all operations
