Job summary

KOOSA Kids is seeking an After School Club Childcare Playwork Supervisor at Southfield Primary School in Chiswick, W4. The role is part-time, term-time only, Monday to Friday, 3pm to 6pm, with day-to-day management of the club.

You will lead a small team, ensure safety and Ofsted standards, engage children aged 4–11, and work with our Head Office support to deliver high-quality activities and maintain safeguarding practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managerial/supervisory experience in childcare or playwork.
• NVQ/ Diploma in Childcare or Playwork preferred.
• Experience in Primary School/Pre-School/Nursery preferred.
• Ability to relate to and engage children aged 4–11.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of the After School Club at Southfield Primary School.
• Supervise a small team and coordinate sign-in/out with school staff and parents.
• Deliver KOOSA Kids activities and ensure Ofsted standards.
• Provide a safe, fun environment for children to learn and play.
• Carry out daily risk assessments and maintain paperwork.
• Ensure cleaning and upkeep of activity areas.
