Job summary

KOOSA Kids are seeking an After School Club Childcare Playwork Supervisor at Talavera Junior School in Aldershot (GU11). The role is part-time, term-time only, with shifts Monday to Friday from 3.05 - 6pm, and involves supervising a small team and delivering activities to children aged 4-11.

You will ensure safe, OFSTED-compliant operations, manage registers, and work closely with staff and parents, supported by the Regional Manager and Head Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years managerial or supervisory experience in childcare, early years or playwork.
• A Level 3 NVQ/Diploma in Childcare or Playwork (or equivalent) is beneficial but not essential.
• Experience in a Primary School, Pre-School or Nursery is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the After School Club.
• Print daily registers and manage sign-in/out with school staff and parents.
• Deliver activities aligned to KOOSA Kids programme for each afternoon.
• Support children with additional needs with sensitivity.
• Purchase healthy snacks for the After School Club.
• Ensure OFSTED standards and KOOSA Kids policies are followed; report concerns.
• Carry out daily risk assessments and complete paperwork.
• Maintain cleanliness of activity areas and perform cleaning duties.
