Job summary

KOOSA Kids Ltd is hiring an After School Club Assistant at Southfield Primary School in Chiswick, London. The role supports the Club Manager and helps run the after-school program for children aged 4–11, with a focus on safety, engaging activities, and fun.

You will work Monday to Friday 3:00pm–6:00pm during term time, with part-time hours and opportunities for training and progression; benefits include pension, discounted childcare, holiday pay and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Actively and enthusiastically assist the After School Club Manager in the safe and organised running of the After School Club at Southfield Primary School in Chiswick.
• Help set up, organise and deliver a range of activities daily and pro-actively encourage children to participate.
• Assist in the preparation, serving and tidying away of snacks.
• Be aware of and support children with additional needs (physical, behavioural, dietary).
• Develop strong relationships with all children to maximise fun in the club.
• Understand Ofsted standards and KOOSA Kids policies, including safeguarding.
