Job summary

KOOSA Kids Ltd is recruiting an After School Club Assistant for St Mary's Primary School in Chiddingfold. The role is part-time, term-time only, Monday to Friday 2:45pm-6:00pm, to help run the after school club safely and provide engaging activities for children aged 4-11.

As part of the team, you will assist the Club Manager, help deliver activities, maintain a safe environment, and ensure all areas are tidy at day’s end; enhanced DBS disclosure is required.

Qualifications

Experience in a primary school, pre-school or nursery setting is advantageous.
Willing to complete Enhanced DBS disclosure.
Full training and induction available for all staff.

Responsibilities

Assist the After School Club Manager in running the club safely and efficiently at St Mary's Primary School, Chiddingfold.
Set up, deliver and monitor a range of daily activities, encouraging children to participate.
Assist with snack time preparation, serving and tidying away.
Maintain awareness of any children with additional needs and ensure safeguarding standards.
Build strong relationships with children to maximise enjoyment and learning.
Follow KOOSA Kids policies and Ofsted standards for the club.
