Job summary

KOOSA Kids Ltd is recruiting an After School Club Supervisor for Shottermill Junior School in Haslemere GU27. This part-time role runs 2.45pm–6pm, Monday to Friday, starting September 2026 during term time.

Based at the school, you will lead the after-school club with a small team, ensuring a safe, fun and well-organised environment for children aged 4–11. You will work under the guidance of the Regional Manager and Head Office Operations Team, delivering activities that meet KOOSA Kids and

Qualifications

• Min 2 years managerial/supervisory experience in childcare or playwork.
• A Level 3 NVQ/Diploma in Childcare or Playwork beneficial but not essential.
• Experience in Primary School, Pre-School or Nursery (e.g. TA, Early Years Educator or Nursery Manager) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of the After School Club.
• Print daily registers and manage sign in/out with school staff & parents.
• Deliver KOOSA Kids activities and supervise colleagues.
• Safeguard and adhere to KOOSA Kids policies and Ofsted standards.
• Conduct daily risk assessments and complete operational paperwork.
• Ensure activity areas are kept clean and tidy at end of day.
