Job summary

KOOSA Kids Ltd is seeking an After School Club Supervisor for Southfield Primary School in Chiswick, W4. The role is part-time, Monday to Friday, 3pm-6pm, term-time only, managing a small team and delivering engaging activities for children aged 4–11.

You will ensure safety, sign-in/out procedures, and adherence to Ofsted standards and KOOSA Kids policies. DBS disclosure is required, with opportunity for professional development and growth within our nationwide childcare network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in childcare or school setting.
• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare/Playwork (or equivalent) is beneficial but not essential.
• Experience in a primary school/early years setting preferred.
• Be reliable and passionate about childcare and activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the after school club at Southfield Primary School, ensuring safe and organized running.
• Supervise and direct a small team, coordinating activities and sign-in/out procedures with school staff and parents.
• Deliver KOOSA Kids activity programme and supervise children aged 4–11 each afternoon.
• Maintain Ofsted standards, safeguarding and KOOSA Kids policies; report concerns to the Designated Safeguarding Lead.
• Carry out daily risk assessments and complete operational paperwork.
• Ensure facilities and activity areas are cleaned and left tidy each day.
